- Perform major troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of production equipment.
- Perform equipment setup (including tooling installation) roll changes, clear jams, equipment challenges, and teardowns. Pull and verify equipment reports
- Perform equipment preventative maintenance in line with designated job cards.
- Operation of primary and secondary production equipment in accordance with SOPs when required
- Perform cleaning of product contact parts per defined cleaning procedures.
- Electrical wiring and controls experience.
- Pneumatics and hydraulics experience
- Vision inspection system experience
- Blister forming experience
- Bottle filling experience.
- PLC Programming and troubleshooting.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, controls.
