- Lead the commercial services function within Client Services to provide the best client experience, ensure activities are delivered to the highest possible standard in alignment with the global network. Ensure Sales order management process is executed in compliance with global standards and communicated with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage revenue budgets and client billings, including budget reporting and adherence for themselves and their direct reports.
- Ensure activity scope changes, additions or new works are appropriately appraised and quoted for accordingly
- Standardize Commercial Management systems and processes in coordination with the global Client Services team. Identify, develop and share best practice project processes, tools and templates to achieve optimal effectiveness and efficiency with activities delivered to the highest possible standards
- Provide sound leadership to staff by exemplifying the Almac Mission, Vision and Values and leading with integrity. Recruit, train and develop your team to achieve highly effective levels of client management and project delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in science or business related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience within a Business/Client or Account Management role within the pharmaceutical industry
- 1 year of management experience
- 1+ years of experience of sales order processing within an ERP system
- 1+ years of supply chain management experience
