Like many other companies and institutions around the world, we are experiencing interference with some of our systems within the TNT network.
We are implementing remediation steps as quickly as possible. We have implemented operational contingencies to continue to complete collections from customers with scheduled stops. For customers who do not have a regular stop, collection should be arranged via our customer service centers.
Customers may experience delays in the transit of shipments, particularly inter-continental or non-EU European delivery, as we work to remediate our systems. Additionally, if customers do not have the facility for self-labeling, they may also experience delays.
We are not able to collect shipments of dangerous goods at this time.
We regret any inconvenience to our customers.
Our extensive knowledge and experience allows us to approach investigative analysis proactively and efficiently
Our dedicated cGMP-MS and NMR facility routinely performs the identification of degradation products found during stability testing, the impurities found during API and drug product testing, and metabolites found during bioanalysis. Structural elucidation and chemical characterisation of compounds using MS, NMR and IR are carried out on a daily basis.
Our spectroscopy expertise combined with in-house synthetic chemistry knowledge can help determine the likely source of impurities. We also have the instrumentation and synthetic capabilities to isolate or manufacture samples of impurities that can be used as reference standards. Being part of an extensive discovery, development and manufacturing organisation, we know the challenges which can arise and are on hand to tackle these with you at all times.
