Jill joined Almac in 2011 as a Production Project Manager, following a 12-year career providing product support and training within drug testing biochip research and development. In 2013, Jill moved into Almac’s newly established post of Commercial Support Manager, before being promoted to the position of Commercial Support Group Manager in 2021.
Holding a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Biochemical Science and Industrial Studies, Jill enjoys combining her academic expertise and commercial acumen to develop and implement training strategies that fulfil the needs of Almac’s ever growing global Business Development team.

With decades of commercial experience under her belt, and a passion for nurturing colleagues, Jill works directly with the internal Business Development team to enhance sales plans, drive sustainable growth, and ensure new and existing customers are best supported.
