Responsible for customers headquartered in Germany, with an additional facility in the US, Laura enjoys working closely with strategic clients to understand how Almac can best support their unique needs. She believes the continued growth of her clients is testament to the high level of customer service that Almac provides, and the confidence customers have in Almac’s ability to deliver. Whilst there are challenges along the way, Laura takes great pride in knowing her work helps to make a positive difference to patients’ lives.

An established and highly talented member of the team, Laura joined Almac Clinical Services in 2007 after graduating from the University of Ulster with a BSc (Hons) in Leisure and Events Management. For the past 15 years she has amassed a wealth of experience in a variety of roles at Almac ranging from distribution to quality. In 2015, Laura took on the role of Proposal Development Coordinator before being promoted to her current role in 2021.
