Recent Survey Results Praise Customer Service

Almac Clinical Technologies announced results of their most recent customer satisfaction survey which indicate that Almac’s service performance has reached a new high. The survey was conducted last month with over 200 people from 60 of Almac’s current clients.
Respondents were asked to rate their experience working with Almac during both the study start up and support and maintenance phases of their trial. 96% of those surveyed were more than satisfied with the project management and support that they received from Almac.
Welcoming the survey results Valarie Higgins, Vice President of Clinical Project Services commented, “Our project teams have years of experience in the clinical trial industry which allows them to provide guidance and support from study design to study close. Our teams work very hard to ensure that sponsors, site personnel and patients are satisfied and their needs are met. The results of our latest survey have reinforced that our service focused philosophy is key to our success.”
Among the survey findings was an acknowledgment of Almac’s project management and their “willingness to go the extra mile.” Respondents also pointed to Almac’s ability to provide “flexibility without compromising quality.” Moving forward, Almac will continue to back up its technology solutions with the highest standard of service and expertise available in the clinical technology market.
