Our #All4Health programme aims to help our employees gain a knowledge of self-care through education and support on 3 well-being pillars: Physical well-being, Mental Health Well-being and Financial Well-being
#All4Health is driven by the Health & Well-being Strategy team to ensure our policies, initiatives and events are representative of all 6,600+ employees across our 19 facilities across the globe.
To further enhance engagement, our Well-being Committee, comprised of employee representatives from across the organisation, provides continual feedback on current initiatives and informs future programmes on behalf of all our employees.
