Location: Based at our state-of-the-art custom designed facilities in Craigavon
Hours: Rotating shift pattern: 06.00-14.30 and 14.00-22.30 Monday to Friday (relevant shift premium will apply)

Almac Pharma Services manufacture and package drugs and medicines, and develop new drug product formulations from our state-of-the-art, custom designed facilities. Our Maintenance Engineering Team are responsible for the provision of all planned and unplanned maintenance services within our facility.
An opportunity has become available for a time-served Maintenance Engineer to join our highly skilled team.
As part of our busy Technical Operations Department, daily responsibilities will include planning, executing, and ensuring all planned and unplanned maintenance operations are carried out efficiently and on time. You will be required to work to engineering best practice standards, and be fully compliant with cGMP. You will also work closely with production staff to troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly.
Ideal candidates will hold a technical qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, and will also bring substantial practical experience working in a busy industrial manufacturing environment. A high level of accuracy in all work undertaken is critical, while excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively on your own initiative and effectively contribute within a team environment are key to success in this role.
Previous maintenance experience within the food or pharmaceutical industry, and a working knowledge of electro-pneumatics and hydraulics would be beneficial.
